L <br /> y , • <br /> J <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6366/C(-1 (2 1 Z 4 0 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Christiana <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to <br /> include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6366/1270: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1, and the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 2 Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section <br /> 2; thence West, 360 feet; thence South, 800 feet; thence West, 70 <br /> feet; thence South, 160 feet; thence East, 740 feet; thence North, <br /> 940 feet; thence West, 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED ' zr7 3,<=1ER=4 , v <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restriction(s) on said lands: <br /> To prohibit the following uses in the C-1 District: <br /> 1 . Banks, offices, office buildings, condominium office <br /> buildings devoting not more the two (2) floors to office <br /> space. (10. 13 (1) (e) ) <br /> 2 . Rental businesses, except for motor vehicles and <br /> construction machinery & equipment. (10. 13 (1) (L) . <br />
