This application <br /> was reviewed by the Vienna Plan Committee and Town Board to <br /> determine if it met the Vienna Town Plan. <br /> The Plan Committee and Board agree that the request does meet <br /> the Town Plan which allows buildings to be separated from a <br /> farm unit when they are no longer of value to that farm <br /> operation. The Town plan does require that the remaining land <br /> in the parcel to be divided be then deed restricted to allow <br /> no further building and remain in the A-1 district. <br /> The property to be rezoned is marked in yellow on the enclosed <br /> map. A portion of Mr. Leonard's land does lie in the DeForest <br /> review zone, but not the portion to be rezoned. It would seem <br /> that the Village would not need to act on this request, but <br /> are bringing it to your attention because it is closed to your <br /> review zone. Please contact us as soon as possible if your <br /> understanding is different from ours and you do feel this should <br /> be submitted to the Village of DeForest for review.
