• • - <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6360 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6360: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows : <br /> TO A-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner; thence N 87° 51' <br /> East 997 . 0 feet; thence S 00° 56' West 533. 05 feet along the West <br /> line of McClosky Road to the Northeast corner of Lot #1, CSM 606, <br /> the point of beginning. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) There shall be no divisions on the balance of the property <br /> contained in this petition which is approximately 51 acres. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
