DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6363 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 (4) Agriculture District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #6363/1268 : <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Cottage Grove <br /> described as follows: Lot #1, CSM 5257 found in Volume 24, Page 38 <br /> of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> Conditional Zoning <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) <br /> (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area <br /> shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restriction(s) on said lands: <br /> 1 . That there shall be no outside storage. <br /> 2 . That there shall be only one security light permitted on <br /> rear of building. <br /> 3. That no portion of the property shall have any vehicle over <br /> 3 tons parked outside. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
