Code See Note 1 <br /> sec. NR 440.688(3)(c), 15% opacity <br /> Wis. Adm. Code <br /> Hazardous Pollut- sec. NR 445.03, General Limitations, <br /> ants Wis. Adm. Code See Note 2 <br /> Note 1.: No person may cause, allow, or permit particulate matter to be emitted into the ambient <br /> air which substantially contributes to exceeding of an air standard, or creates air pollu- <br /> tion. <br /> Note 2: No person may cause, allow, or permit emissions into the ambient air of any hazardous <br /> substance in such quantity, concentration, or duration as to be injurious to human health, <br /> plant or animal life unless the purpose of that emission is for the control of plant or <br /> animal life. Hazardous substances include but are not limited to hazardous air contami- <br /> nants listed in Tables 1 to 4 of sec. NR 445.04. <br /> B. Other Specific Permit Conditions. <br /> 1. The crusher shall operate only from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. <br /> to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, not including maintenance time. No crushing may be conducted on <br /> Sundays or legal holidays. (Sec. 144.394(3), Wis. Stats.). <br /> 2. The facility shall install, maintain and operate water spray system or other control device(s) or <br /> technique(s) that is approved by the Department in writing, in order to comply with the applicable <br /> opacity and particulate matter limitations.
