DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6372 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Blue Mounds <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural and Homes RH-4 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6372: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, NE 1/4 SW 1/4, and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section <br /> 32, Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2 Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said NW 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4; thence North 1100 feet; thence East 450 feet; thence S 25° <br /> East 660 feet along a field road; thence Southwesterly along CTH E <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4 : Beginning at the Southeast corner of the said NE 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4; thence West 1000 feet; thence N 40° East 220 feet; thence N <br /> 70° East 500 feet; thence North 1050 feet to CTH E; thence Easterly <br /> along CTH E 500 feet; thence South 420 feet; thence East 18 feet; <br /> thence along Mayflower Road 300±; thence S 64° 17' 09" West 220.44 <br /> feet; thence South 953 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restriction (s) on said lands : <br /> 1 . To prohibit the issuance of county permits until engineered <br /> driveway plans and joint driveway agreement are approved <br /> by the Town for the RH-2 parcels. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br />
