Acting through the Town of Christiana Governing Board, you will notify us when <br /> either: <br /> 1. The above described improvements have been timely and satisfactorily completed <br /> and the credit hereunder may be released; or <br /> 2. The owner of the quarry has failed to perform, or is in default. <br /> All drafts drawn under this letter of credit must be marked: "Drawn under Cambridge State Bank, <br /> Letter of Credit#26499". <br /> Our Bank agrees with the drawers, endorsers and bona fide holders of drafts, that drafts drawn <br /> under and in compliance with the terms of this letter of credit shall be duly honored if presented <br /> on or before May 25, 2002.
