In this Brief we have attempted to acquaint the Board <br /> again with what Mr. Lien is requesting. We are also attempting to <br /> demonstrate that the conditional use permit is consistent with the <br /> standards applicable to conditional uses in the A-1 District. <br /> Finally, we are attempting to demonstrate that the standards for <br /> granting a conditional use permit have been met by the applicant. <br /> This matter has been referred to the Town Board of the Town of <br /> Christiana for recommendations. The Town Board has responded with <br /> written recommendations. We enclose our Response to the Town <br /> Board's Recommendations.
