DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6379 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-2 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6379: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 30, Town of <br /> Albion described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 30; thence N 88° 58' 34" East, along the East West quarter line, <br /> 1209.06 feet; thence N 00° 48' 40' East, 440. 00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence N 00° 48' 40" East 888. 96 feet; thence S -88° <br /> 50' 23" West 330. 00 feet; thence S 00° 48' 40" East 888. 17 feet; <br /> thence N 88° 58' 34" East 329. 99 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 30; thence N 00° 37' 19" West 835.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 00° 37' 19" West along the West line of said <br /> Section 30 520. 00 feet; thence N 89° 22' 41" East 472 .50 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 37' 19" East 245. 00 feet; thence N 89° 22' 41" East <br /> 101 .50 feet; thence S 00° 37' 19" East 275.00 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 22' 41" West 574 . 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
