To Whom It May Concern , <br /> 7/31/95 <br /> My name is Diane R . Cresson <br /> the owner/operator of Rainbow of Dreams a successful <br /> sfulFamily cDaycare . <br /> I would like to be able to meet the growing needs of the community by <br /> being able to care for more children . To do this I need to change my <br /> license from Family to Group Daycare, which requires a conditional use <br /> permit . Rainbow of Dreams is located in the lower part of my raised <br /> ranch home . My husband and I have our living space upstairs . The <br /> center has a separate entrance and big windows for lots of sunlight . <br /> The rooms are big eno-u-0—so the children can move around freely . <br /> Our house sits on (a_ 1z lots and has a horse shoe driveway with two <br /> entrances which makes it easy and safe for children to be dropped off and <br /> picked up.
