Additional research by the Zoning Administrator has <br /> shown that a condition was placed on Petition #5997 as approved by the County Board on August <br /> 18, 1994. That condition is that there be no further divisions. <br /> At the public hearing, the applicant indicated that he had some other non-contiguous farmland in <br /> the Town of Deerfield. He stated that the basis of approval of#6392 was this other acreage. <br /> If the Town is going to make zoning decisions on such a basis, that basis needs to be <br /> communicated to the county level to ensure consistency of review and action on all petitions at <br /> both town and county levels. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
