• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6392 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Pet. #6392: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Deerfield described as follows : Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 19; thence S 00° 08' East, 273 . 84 feet; thence S 72° 19' East, 1151 .37 feet to the Northeast corner of Dane County Certified Survey Map #6893; thence S 05° 23' West along the East line of said Certified Survey, 809.35 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 50° 16' East, 356. 16 feet along the East line of Dane County Certified Survey Map #7611; thence S 36° 40' 13" along said East line, 120. 00 feet; thence S 86° 49' East, 476 feet to the center of a Town Road; thence N 02° 29' East along said center, 330 feet; thence West, 860 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds .
