We thought that we would be able to determine the legal description <br /> from the tax records or the previous rezone petitions. Unfortunately, neither the tax parcel <br /> descriptions nor the rezone petitions define the C-1 District adequately. <br /> Enclosed is a copy of Zoning Ordinance Amendment 2485, on which you had described the <br /> additions to your C-1 and M-1 lands. Petition 927 and Amendment 516 are the original rezone <br /> dscriptions. They do not delineate between the C-1 and the M-1 Districts. <br /> Unless you wish to rezone both the C-1 and the M-1 parcels to C-2, we need a legal description <br /> of the C-1 lands alone. A surveyor ought to be able to write a description for you using the <br /> enclosed . <br /> The deadline for the October 10 Public Hearing is September 5.
