DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6396 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to <br /> include in the R-1A Residential and RH-4 Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6396: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows : <br /> TO R-1A: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 9; <br /> thence North along the West line of said Southwest quarter, 1320 <br /> feet; thence East along the North line of the S 1/2 SW 1/4, 1782 <br /> feet to thee point of beginning. Thence continue East along the <br /> North line of the S 1/2 SW 1/4, 330 feet; thence South along the <br /> centerline of Flint Road, 292 feet; thence West, 330 feet; thence <br /> North 330 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4 : Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 9; <br /> thence N 88° 54' 49" East, along the South line of the SW 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4, 1320 . 54 feet to the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continue S 88° 54' 49" East, along the South line of the SE <br /> 1/4 SW 1/4, 730 feet more or less to the center of Flint Road; <br /> thence Northerly, along the centerline of Flint Road, 1038 . 00 feet <br /> more or Less to a point being 292 . 00 feet South of the North line <br /> of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 88° 46' 43" West, parallel with the <br /> North line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, 330. 00 feet; thence Northerly 292 <br /> feet more or less to the North line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S <br /> 88° 46' 43" West, along the North line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, 250 <br /> feet more or less; thence S 00° 26' 04" West, 874 . 87 feet; thence S <br /> 88° 46' 43" West, 200.08 feet; thence S 00° 26' 04" West, along the <br /> West line of hte SE 1/4 SW 1/4, 454 . 31 feet more or less to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if_ within - 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
