We would like <br /> a conditional use permit to build a care takers residence next to the entrance of our <br /> Executive Course. We feel building this house is necessary to control the flow of <br /> play on the course; to eliminate people sneaking on the course; and to minimize the <br /> increasing amount of vandalism. If the conditional use permit is granted, the house <br /> would be completed by the start of the 1996 golf season.
