After reviewing the attached site plan I have determined that the intensity <br /> of development has triggered the need for a shoreland erosion control permit issued by Dane County Land and <br /> Water Resources. <br /> This determination has been based on 5,200 square feet of new impervious surface for a total of 5,200 square feet of <br /> impervious surfaces within 300 feet of Pine Spring Creek. The post development impervious surface ratio will be <br /> 12%. <br /> Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit the following condition must be satisfied: <br /> 1. Obtain an approved shoreland erosion control permit. <br /> 2. Pay the$150.00 shoreland zoning permit fee. <br /> Once the erosion control permit is issued,I will issue the shoreland zoning permit and you may proceed to obtain <br /> your zoning permit.
