DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6397 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended <br /> to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet . #6397 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and part of <br /> the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 15, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows : Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 15; thence North, 1336 feet along the North-South quarter line to <br /> the South line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 15 being the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence West, 330 feet along <br /> said South line to the West line of the E 1/4 NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 <br /> of Section 15, thence North, 2087 . 10 feet along said West line of <br /> the E 1/4 NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the West line of the E 1/4 of <br /> the SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence East, 208 .71 feet; thence South, 1043 . 55 <br /> feet; thence East, 417 . 42 feet; thence South, 1043 . 55 feet to the <br /> South line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 15, thence West, 296. 13 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 . 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) Maximum of one animal unit per acre on the A-2 parcel . <br /> 2) There shall be no residential development on the remaining <br /> 37 acres in the A-1 Ex zoning district, parcels 0611-154-8510- <br /> 7 and 0661-151-9110. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT : <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
