• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6398 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6398 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 26, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows : <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North <br /> 265 feet; thence West 40' to the point of beginning; thence North <br /> 650 feet; thence S 83° West 530 feet; thence South 120 feet; thence <br /> S 88° West 350 feet; thence South 470 feet; thence N 64° East '201 <br /> feet; thence S 83° East 710.72 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North <br /> 265 feet; thence West 40 feet; thence North 650 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence North 66 feet; thence S 83° West 611 feet; <br /> thence South 117 feet; thence S 88° West 637 feet; thence South 695 <br /> feet; thence N 64° East 400 feet; thence North 470 feet; thence N <br /> 88° East 350 feet; thence North 120 feet; thence ,N 83° East 530 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject, to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
