P. #6416 & CUP #1286 - Niglis/Cooper No action taken <br /> as Plan Commission tabled pending clarification <br /> CUP #1283- Verona Associates-Country Oasis approved <br /> The Board discussed at length the condition imposed on the County <br /> Parks zoning petition with regards to "payment in lieu" on the <br /> soccer fields .
