' iz - )..
. . „ord......paaiaie COMMUNITY
7 Creek CHURCH \
helping people believe. PASTOR DAVID ROSTAD
August 29, 1995
Dane County Land Regulation & Records
Zoning and Natural Resources Committee
Room 116
City-County Building
Madison, WI 53709
Re : Lot 3 06-0911-322-9150-1 (Tax ID#)
Lot 4 06-0911-322-9160-9 (Tax ID#)
CMS #7038
Dear Committee Members :
Prairie Creek Community Church is a Protestant church affiliated
with the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies . Our church was
established in 1989 in Sun Prairie as an extension congregation of
Lake City Church in Madison, Wisconsin. We have met in a rented
facility since our inception, but are now looking at a proposed
site to build a permanent place of worship.
In accordance with our request for a Conditional Use Permit, we are
submitting the following information as required:
Proposed Use of Property. To build a church facility for
worship and Christian education and other church-related
ministries and activities;
A Time Schedule for Development. At present our main
objective is to purchase this property and secure the
necessary permits . The very earliest that we would begin
work would be in the Spring of 1996 . This would primarily
be excavation and road development . Beyond this, our
schedule of development would be dependent upon funding
and the full process of design and build;
Reasons why the property is suitable for proposed use.
This property provides our church with the necessary amount
of acreage to accommodate a church facility, parking, and
green space . It is easily accessible and has good visibility.
The site elevations provide us with an array of building
options . It fits in with the proposed residential land use
adjacent to it . It has received preliminary approval by the
750 Windsor Street, Suite 306 • Sun Prairie, Wisconsin 53590 • (608) 825-2876
