RESTRICTIONS <br /> I . WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows : Lot #2, CSM 5609 found in Volume 26, Page 83 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> II . WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title <br /> hereafter. <br /> III . NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter <br /> purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of <br /> these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby <br /> imposed: <br /> 1) . The C-2 Use shall be restricted to mini-warehouses only. <br /> 2) . There shall be no outside storage and no maintence or <br /> repairs inside or outside mini-warehouses . <br /> 3) . There shall be no secondary business allowed on the <br /> property. <br /> 4) . Adequate screening of 1 tree every fifteen feet shall be <br /> provided. <br />
