• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6407 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6407 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 8, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest quarter of Section 8, thence <br /> S 01° 23' 11' West, 1457.39 feet; thence S 83° 42' 33" West 1634 . 11 <br /> feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence S 01° <br /> 44' 19" West, 33. 05 feet to the centerline of CTH PD; thence N 72° <br /> 04' 05" East, 239.31 feet along the centerline of CTH PD; thence N <br /> 11° 59' 54" West, 135. 85 feet; thence S 78° 39' 30" West, 54 . 97 <br /> feet; thence N 25° 30' 56" West, 82 . 91 feet; thence S 69° 10' 36" <br /> West, 110. 00 feet; thence S 01° 44' 19" West 196.53 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
