ITEM NO:30. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6413 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6413: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the East one quarter corner of the said <br /> Section 9; thence S 88° 10' 50' West, along the East-West quarter <br /> line 2934 .23 feet to the Easterly line of Crescent Drive; thence N <br /> 23° 55' 25" East along Crescent Drive 531 . 61 feet; thence N 88° '05' <br /> 54" East 912 . 07 feet, thence N 33° 53' East 422.73 feet; thence N <br /> 88° 05' 54" East 1570. 98 feet; thence S 00° 00' 46" West along the <br /> section line 826. 11 feet to the point of beginning.
