DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6091 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Part of the NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Roxbury described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 16; thence S 89° 39 ' 52" East, 460 feet to the beginning; thence continuing S 89° 39 ' 52" East, 208 . 66 feet; thence S 00° 05 ' 33" East, 1084 . 48 feet; thence N 89° 51 ' 14" East, 42 . 71 feet; thence S 00° 05 ' 33" East, 235. 49 feet; thence S 89° 32 ' 42" East, 686. 90 feet; thence S 02° 22 ' 24" West, 299 . 63 feet; thence S 80° 00 ' 02" West, 257. 58 feet; thence S 02 ° 04 ' 36" West, 302 . 53 feet; thence S 89° 32 ' 11" West, 567. 02 feet; thence N 00° 57 ' 08" West, 181. 25 feet; thence N 41° 30 ' 36" West, 659 . 01 feet; thence N 00° 01 ' 09" West, 858 . 39 feet; thence S 89° 39 ' 52" East, 328 feet; thence N 00° 01 ' 09" West, 460 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
