Sale of land which is not suitable for farming; pro- <br /> posed use residential . <br /> Recommended by the Planning Commission = approved but <br /> concerned regarding Schleuter Road damage which David <br /> Zander would be liable for. David Zander stated a lawsuit <br /> filed by Ted Schleuter has been dropped and agrees to one <br /> ( 1 ) house on parcel.
