DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6096 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Pet. #6096: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section - 20, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 20, Town of Deerfield described as follows: A part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Deerfield. Lying South of South line of Certified Survey Map #2975, West of the centerline of Oak Park Rd. , North of the South line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and East of the West line of said Certified Survey Map #2975 extended Southerly to the South line of said Southerly to the South line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 . Parts of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 17 and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 20 all being located in the Town of Deerfield.
