AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE POSSESSION <br /> In Re: Title to the following described real estate: <br /> That part of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 lying Northeast <br /> of Old Indian Trail, Section 4, Township 7 North, <br /> Range 6 East, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the <br /> SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 4, Township 7 North, Range <br /> 6 East; thence West 178 feet, more or less, along the <br /> North line of said SE1/4 SE1/4; thence South 110 <br /> feet, more or less, along the existing fence line; <br /> thence Southeasterly 275 feet, more or less, along <br /> the existing fence line to the Northerly right of way <br /> line of Old Indian Trail; thence Easterly along the <br /> Northerly right of way line of Old Indian Trail to the <br /> East line of the said SE1/4 SE1/4; thence North <br /> along the East line of the said SE1/4 SE1/4 to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN ) <br /> COUNTY OF DANE )SS <br /> Richard Parrell, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and states <br /> that he is a resident of the Town of Vermont, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, and has been such resident for thirty (30) years last <br /> past; that he has been raising and maintaining livestock in the said <br /> township for a period of more than twenty-five (25) years. <br /> That on or about the 20th day of April, 1966, the undersigned and <br /> his wife, Margie F. Parrell, obtained title to the West 30 rods of <br /> the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 7 <br /> North, Range 6 East, Dane County, Wisconsin; that thereafter, <br /> during the summer of 1966, the undersigned placed a fence on the <br /> Westerly side of that portion of the above described Southeast 1/4 <br /> of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 7 North, Range 6 <br /> East, Dane County, Wisconsin, which adjoins the said West 30 <br /> rods; that on or about said date, the undersigned and his wife <br /> entered into possession of that portion of the above described <br /> Southeast 1/4 Southeast 1/4, Section 4, Township 7 North, Range <br /> 6 East, under claim of title, exclusive of any other right; that the <br /> undersigned kept the said fence in good repair since the date of <br /> installation thereof and has continuously used the said portion of <br />
