We are attracted to this location <br /> because of easy access to highways, less congestion of the <br /> village, room to expand, and its compatibility to adjacent <br /> commercial property owned by Deerfield Farmers Cooperative . <br /> We have outgrown our present location. Our current offices are <br /> at two separate locations three blocks apart, and our current <br /> maintenance building cannot accommodate our Deerfield Transport <br /> Equipment . We need to update our offices into one location and <br /> be able to service our two fleets in an enclosed facility. <br /> One of our first priorities would be to clean up the area and <br /> make it more presentable to the public .
