TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> .y <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION # (010 / PUBLIC HEARING /g/2 y <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Dunn <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved tha#„said <br /> JJVV UU 199 ` <br /> petition is hereby (Approved/BMW/Wan. conditionally. <br /> RECEIVED <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 7014.116 <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> 1 . That the R-4 zoning be limited to the present three units. <br /> 2. That the owners amend the petition to include a Deed Restriction whereby <br /> they or their heirs, assigns or representatives will make application to <br /> rezone the property to single family or duplex zoning at such time that <br /> Juliun Ralph Atkinson and/or Agnes H. Atkinson no longer reside at that <br /> property. Deed Restriction is to be recorded at the Register of Deeds to make <br /> (Use reverse side if additional space is required). future buyers aware of the restric- <br /> tions until the application is <br /> acted upon. <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but said <br /> rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please list the reasons <br /> for the approval. These reasons can be a critical factor for both the Zoning <br /> Committee and the County Board in their consideration of the rezone. <br /> 1 . According to the Town of Dunn assessment file on this parcel, this property <br /> has been a duplex since 1962, with a storage area between the two units. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Atkinson have owned this property since 1936 when the main <br /> house was built, and have verified that it has been a rental unit as a duplex <br /> continuously. <br /> 2.
