SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) 1 . That the R-4 zoning be limited to the present three units. 2. That the owners amend the petition to include a Deed Restriction whereby they or their heirs, assigns or representatives will make application to rezone the property to single family or duplex zoning at such time that _1u1i.un Ralph Atkinson and/or Agnes H.
