TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT / <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION I_(/0 /, PUBLIC HEARING // / <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Dunn <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said <br /> petition is hereby (Approved/B11440Wed9. conditionally. <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> 1 . That the R-4 zoning be limited to the present three units. <br /> 2. That the owners amend the petition to include a Deed Restriction whereby <br /> they or their heirs, assigns or representatives will make application to <br /> rezone the property to single family or duplex zoning at such time that <br /> _1u1i.un Ralph Atkinson and/or Agnes H. Atkinson no lon ear reside at that <br /> property.
