• <br /> 3- 3o - S <br /> To the members of the Dane County Zoning Committee: <br /> This letter of transmittal is for the request of expanding our present conditional <br /> use permit# 988 to include additional lighting to accommodate the expansion of our <br /> volleyball facility. The court expansion will occupy an 80 ft. by 80 ft. area directly west <br /> of and attached to the present volleyball courts. Two new 25ft. high light poles will be <br /> installed as per our updated site plan and four more 1500 watt quartz halogen fixtures <br /> attached to these new poles and two of the present poles. This will effectively double our <br /> lighting capacity to match the corresponding doubling of court space. The new lighting <br /> will be controlled separately from the present lighting for economy purposes in case that <br /> all courts are not used at any given time. These lights will be extinguished by 10:30pm as <br /> per our previous conditional use permit. <br /> The proposed time schedule is as follows. The present lighting, and all of our <br /> courts will be operational by Monday May 1, 1995 for the start of the summer volleyball <br /> season. The additional lighting will wait until Zoning Committee approval, at which time <br /> additional volleyball leagues will be added.
