Permittee has agreed that, at the discretion of the Town of <br /> Westport or County of Dane, the Women and Children with Special <br /> Needs Foundation/Vennebu Center project may be subject to an <br /> annual review for each of the next three years. The purpose of <br /> said review shall be to examine any unanticipated burdens that <br /> the facility may impose upon the community. At the time of the <br /> review, it shall be determined 1) . whether any such burden <br /> can be ameliorated without further hearing; or 2) . whether a <br /> full hearing in front of the Town of Westport Plan Commission <br /> is warranted. Permittee agrees that if such full hearing is <br /> held and it is the finding of the Town of Westport or County of <br /> Dane that further restrictions upon the operation of the <br />
