The volleyball area shall be lighted by no more than <br /> four, 25 foot high, 1500 watt lights . <br /> 2 . The lights must be turned off no later than 10 : 30 P.M. <br /> each night . <br /> 3 . The existing 6 foot high chain link fence surrounding <br /> the existing volleyball court shall be extended to <br /> include the new, expanded volleyball court . <br /> 4 .
