f <br /> This agreement, made at Sun Prairie, Wisconsin by and between John Correll, <br /> Wynbrooke Lot 3, and Wynbrooke Homeowners in the town of Burke. <br /> ARTICLE I -Agreement <br /> John Correll does hereby demise and agree to remove the house trailer/mobile trailer, <br /> fencing erected in and surrounding the easement containing a Wynbrooke sign, <br /> shrubbery and lighting, for a period of one year commencing with date stated above. <br /> For this same period, no additional structures, permanent, mobile or otherwise <br /> construed, and or any type of fencing shall be constructed. <br /> The following Wynbrooke owners, successors or their agents or agents of any co- <br /> owner, of tax parcels 07-0810-022-2501-7 (Du Roche), 07-0810-022-8970-8 <br /> (Honnette), 07-0810-022-8520-2 (Van Boxtel), 07-0810-022-2152-5 (Severson), hereby <br /> agree to withdraw petition number 6102 to rezone from A-1 to R-1 the listed tax <br /> parcels and tax parcels 07-0810-022-8940-4 (Cook), 07-0810-3303-5 (Correll) prior to <br /> 24 October, 1994. All parties agree not to attempt or agree to any rezoning of the <br /> above listed properties for a period of one year commencing with date stated above. <br /> ARTICLE II-Resolution <br /> All parties involved, stated above, agree to a six month "cooling off' period, during <br /> which all parties shall not engage in any actions, verbal, written or otherwise. This <br /> "cooling off" period shall commence with date stated above. After expiration of this <br /> period, the parties above hereby agree to quarterly meetings, to discuss the possible <br /> peaceful resolution of any conflict that may be present at that time. Any violation of the <br /> above agreement by the parties above or anyone representing their interests or any third <br /> party, shall result in a termination of this agreement in its entirety. <br />
