ITEM NO: 7. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6103 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6103 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 20, Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 20; thence S 01° 20 ' 45" West on the North-South quarter line, <br /> 1595. 59 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot #1 and being the point <br /> of beginning; thence continue S 01° 20 ' 45" West on said North- <br /> South quarter line, 381. 53 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot <br /> 1; thence S 87° 01 ' 28" West on the South line of said Lot #1, 540 <br /> feet more or less; thence N 01° 21 ' East, 327 feet more or less to <br /> the North line of said Lot #1; thence Southeasterly to <br /> Northeasterly on said North line, 86 . 79 feet along the arc of a 183 <br /> feet radius curve to the left whose chord bears N 89° 42 ' 03" East, <br /> 85. 98 feet to the end point of said arc, tangent bearing N 76° 06 ' <br /> 49" East, thence N 64° 09 ' 32" East on said North line of Lot #1, <br /> 150. 0 feet; thence N 87° 01 ' 28" East on said North line, 320. 0 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified' survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
