• 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6268 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Oregon <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6268 : <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Oregon, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of the said Section <br /> 6; thence S 03° 39 ' 56" West along the Section line 1175. 00 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 20 ' West 781.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> S 05° 05 ' West 1020. 22 feet to the centerline of Sun Valley <br /> Parkway; thence N 82° 48 ' West along the centerline 133 . 77 feet; <br /> thence S 88° 57 ' West along the centerline 139 . 31 feet; thence S <br /> 82° 20 ' West 113 . 26 feet along the centerline; thence S 76° 13 ' <br /> West along the centerline 115. 13 feet; thence N 03° 36 ' 59" East <br /> 1052 . 70 feet; thence S 89° 20 ' East 520. 20 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: CIAS/Ctg <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
