• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6269 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunkirk <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6269: <br /> Part of SW 1/4 SW 1/4, NW 1/4 SW 1/4, SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 all in Section 27, Town of Dunkirk described as follows : <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 27; thence East, <br /> 635 feet to the point of beginning; thence North, 820 feet; thence <br /> West, 130 feet; thence North, 380 feet; thence N 70° West, 530 feet <br /> to the West line of Section 27; thence North 650 feet to the <br /> centerline of the Yahara River; thence Southeasterly along said <br /> river centerline, 3700 feet more or less to its intersection with <br /> the South line of said Section 27; thence West along said South <br /> line, 1300 feet; thence North, 550 feet; thence N 40° West, 300 <br /> feet; thence West, 900 feet; thence South, 750 feet to the <br /> aforesaid South section line, thence West along said South line, <br /> 132 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) There shall be no more than 3 parcels and there shall be no <br /> further splits on any of these parcels in the future. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 8/31/95 <br /> ems,-, '131 <br />
