March 30, 1995 <br /> DANE COUNTY ZONING <br /> I am widowed and have been living alone on my farm <br /> for quite a number of years . <br /> I would like to build a retirement home for myself <br /> on a portion of my land and sell the rest of the farm, <br /> which would include the farm house, all the buildings <br /> and 80 acres of land. <br /> The 18 plus acres of land I would like to build my <br /> home on has never been cropped, is on a hill and is <br /> highly erodible . <br /> The Cottage Grove township recommended a zone <br /> change on this parcel to a RH A for one single family <br /> home .
