DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6110 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Medina <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town <br /> of Medina described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner <br /> of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North, 520 feet; thence N 29° East, <br /> 920 feet to the North line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence West, 240 <br /> feet; thence S 29° West, 1190 feet; thence South, 270 feet to the <br /> South line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence East, 360 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> PARCEL SIZE <br /> The maximum size of the parcel may not exceed 4 . 3 acres. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
