This proposed residential development area was within the Sun Prairie urban service <br /> area, until it was removed in July 1994, at the request of the City of Sun Prairie. Thus, urban <br /> development is not planned for this area. <br /> The area to the south of the petition is a low-density residential area with houses on virtually all of the <br /> lots shown. <br /> Most of the area proposed for RH-1 is a wetland/floodplain area, which should not be developed. <br /> Due to the unique location between residential development and the wetland,the area proposed for <br /> residential use appears relatively consistent with policies, except for the RH-1 portion. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> No Comment. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> No Comment. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
