DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6112 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6112: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #2 of said <br /> Certified Survey number 5965; thence North along the West line of <br /> said 1/4 1/4 - 60 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of <br /> said Certified Survey, 1080 feet; thence South, 536 feet; thence <br /> West along the extended and North line of Lot #1 of Certified <br /> Survey and North line of Lot #1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map <br /> #5647, 1080 feet to the centerline of Oak Park Road; thence North <br /> along said centerline, 476 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
