Thomann, 14 Forest Dale court, Madison, Wisconsin. <br /> At the request of Mr. Thomann, it is asked that; <br /> #1. The above lots are combined into one lot. <br /> #2. The above lots are rezoned to C-2 Commercial District Zoning as in ordinance 10.14, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances with limited use as referred to in Paragraph(a) All uses permitted in the C-1 commercial district without <br /> limitations as to size. Paragraph(q) Parking or storing of motor vehicles. Paragraph(s) Warehouses. And amended <br /> paragraph (u) Mini-warehouses. (See"Amendments to Zoning Ordinances" Ordinance Amendment#1, 1994-95 <br /> effective 8/18/94). <br /> #3. Conditional use of a Single Family Residence, as in Ordinance 10.13 (2) paragraph(a) Single family residence. <br /> The above lot sizes are as follows; Lot#1 is 1.451 acres and Lot#2 is 1.313 acres, according to certified survey No. <br /> 3466, totaling 2.764 acres or 120,400 square feet. We propose to allow 1 acre for the use of single family residence and <br /> the remainder of the 1.764 acres for the use of the above C-2 commercial district zoning request.
