P. application p 1201 <br /> and zoning change application 6117, both of which are <br /> sclredualed for hearing on November 8, 1994 . <br /> Zoning change and land-division request ;f 6117, submitted by <br /> Mr. Dave Endres received a recommendation for approval from <br /> the Town of Vienna Plan Committee. The committee reported to <br /> the Board that the request met the Town Plan and current Town <br /> policy. After review the Vienna Town Board voted to support <br /> the request, accept the recommendation of the Town plan Coimnitte , <br /> and seek approval from Dane County. <br /> Conditional Use permit application II 1201 , submitted by Mr. <br /> Charles Linde, received a recommendation to approve from the <br /> Town Plan Committee. The request was then presented to the <br /> DeForest- Vienna Yellow Zone Committee for consideration. The <br /> Yellow Zone Committee voted to seek approval for the request. <br /> The Vienna Board reveiwed the request and the recommendations <br /> of the Yellow Zone Committee and the Town Plan Committee. The <br /> Board voted to support the request and found the request to <br /> meet both the Vienna Town Plan and the Toren lommercial <br /> Development Plan. A review of the application was found to be <br /> incomplete. The requested C.U. P. is currently served by public <br /> sewer and must he connected. Public water also is in progress <br /> to serve this location. The Board voted to support the <br /> • <br /> application allowing private water temporarily- if public service <br /> is not available when service is demanded- but with connection <br /> manditory in a specified time after made available. The Board <br /> also specified that building permits will not he granted until <br /> road access to the property is granted and obtained from the <br /> Dane County Highway Dept . and the Town Highway Engineer.
