Montross property located at 7514 <br /> Raymond Road from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to R-1 Residence District to allow <br /> the division of the 3.1-acre parcel into two residential lots. As yet, a certified <br /> survey map to subdivide the parcel into two lots has not been submitted to the <br /> Madison Plan Commission as required by Section 16.23 Land Subdivision <br /> Regulations of the Madison General Ordinances. <br /> The Planning Unit staff's opinion is that this proposed land division will not <br /> comply with the City's Land Subdivision Regulations regarding the provision of <br /> adequate public facilities and public services, including public sanitary sewer,public <br /> water and a higher level of police and fire protection, nor with the criteria for non- <br /> agricultural subdivision or land division. (Attached is a listing of the non- <br /> agricultural land division criteria.)
