DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6126 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the NW4 NW4 Section 35, Town of Rutland, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 35; <br /> thence N 02° 44 ' 57" West along the West line of the NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 35, 1, 340. 45 feet; to the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4; thence N 89° 11' 24" East, along the South line of the NW <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4, 113 . 00 feet to the point of beginning; of this <br /> description; thence N 00° 46' 39" west, 757 . 62 feet to the <br /> centerline of Old Stage Road; thence along said centerline, being <br /> a curve to the right having a radius of 3 , 200. 00 feet and a long <br /> chord bearing S 68° 59' 10" East, 26 . 37 feet; thence continuing <br /> along said centerline S 68° 45' 00" East, 283 . 03 feet; thence <br /> continuing along said centerline, being a curve to the right having <br /> a radius of 900. 00 feet and a long chord bearing S 59° 37 ' 00" <br /> East, 285. 72 feet; thence continuing along said centerline S 50° <br /> 29' 00" East, 459. 30 feet; thence S 02° 38 ' 03" East, 196. 39 feet <br /> to the South line of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 ; thence S 89° 11' 24" West, <br /> along the South line of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 35; 888 . 04 <br /> feet to the point of this description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
