DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6139 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning-Districts in the Town of <br /> Springfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 and RH-1 District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6139: <br /> TO A-2: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 all in Section 19, Town of Springfield, <br /> commencing at the East quarter corner of said section Section 19; <br /> thence S 85° 27' 29" West, 1306. 08 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence S 85° 25" 00" West, 1331 .76 feet; thence S 85° 26' 14" West, <br /> 695. 82 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Southeasterly <br /> having a radius of 1367 .39 feet and a long chord bearing N 43° 43' <br /> 43" East a distance of 592 . 13 feet; thence N 56° 14' 00" East, <br /> 736.47 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly <br /> having a radius of 1497 .39 feet and a long chord bearing N 47° 53' <br /> 46" East a distance of 434 .24 feet; thence S 50° 49' 24" East 35. 03 <br /> feet; thence N 39° 10' 36" East, 468 . 86 feet; thence N 85° 15' 22" <br /> East, 12 . 05 feet; thence N 39° 10' 36" East, 333 .24 feet, thence S <br /> 04° 47' 50" East, 1572 .76 feet to the point of begining, excluding <br /> the area now also rezoned to RH-1 described below as the SW1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Springfield. <br /> RH-1 <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 19, thence S <br /> 85° 27' 29" West; 1306. 08 feet to the point of begining. Thence S <br /> 85° 25' 00" West, 209. 00 feet; thence N 04° 47' 50" West, 522 . 00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 .255 (3) <br /> (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned area <br /> shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> Permitting no residential development on any portion of the A-2 <br /> rezoning parcel and permitting no conditional uses as would <br /> otherwise be permitted in the A-2 rezoning parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the Town of <br /> Springfield as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the <br />
