(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned area <br /> shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> Permitting no residential development on any portion of the A-2 <br /> rezoning parcel and permitting no conditional uses as would <br /> otherwise be permitted in the A-2 rezoning parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the Town of <br /> Springfield as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the <br />
