DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6143 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Middleton <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6143 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Middleton described as <br /> follows: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Middleton <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE <br /> 1/4 of Section 9, thence South along the East section line of <br /> Section 9 to a point on the South line of CM ST P & P RR right-of- <br /> way, then South 891.29 feet to the point of beginning; thence West <br /> 1321. 3 feet to the Western line of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9; <br /> thence South to the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 9, thence East 1322 . 31 feet to the Southeast corner of the <br /> SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9, thence North along the East line of <br /> Section 9 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
