Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1209 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Hot mix asphalt plant. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 12/13/94 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> The SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Dunkirk. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . OPERATING HOURS: <br /> Monday-Friday 6: 00 AM - 7: 00 PM <br /> Saturdays 6: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM <br /> Sundays No operation <br /> This schedule shall apply to trucking, crushing, stripping and <br /> asphalt plant operation. <br /> 2) . EXCEPTION TO OPERATING HOURS <br /> Public projects which specify operation beyond the time periods <br /> listed in (1 . ) above shall be presented to the town for their <br /> review and approval. Town approval must be achieved prior to any <br /> deviation in the specified work hours. <br /> 3) . Payne & Dolan will notify neighbors, who reside within 300' of <br /> the permit site, of the semi-annual meetings to be conducted by <br /> Payne & Dolan for the purpose of discussing past and present <br /> operations, future schedules, and to receive and address input and <br /> concerns. <br /> 4) . There shall be no camper living within the permit area. <br />
