P. include permission to erect and operate <br /> a portable thermal soil remediation plant at this site . <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . has recently purchased a new portable thermal <br /> soil remediation plant . We currently have several contracts to <br /> remediate soils in the Dane County area. <br /> The site is well suited for this type of activity. It is similar <br /> in nature to a hot-mix asphalt plant, access to the site is off USH <br /> 51, and sufficient space is available . The potential also exists <br /> to utilize remediated soil in the production of hot-mix asphalt . <br /> We anticipate delivering and erecting the soil remediation plant in <br /> December, 1994 , and operating as weather permits until Spring of <br /> 1995 . <br /> William G.
