Said use shall be <br /> limited to a maximum of 150 sq.ft. of floor space. <br /> b. The time schedule or development is as soon as possible. <br /> c. This property is suitable for this use because it is located right on highways 18 and 151 and the exiting <br /> buildings,a lovely, large personal residence, and a nice tour stall horse barn with pastures,plus additional riding ring <br /> area lend itself to these uses. As shown on the plat there is space for lour parking stalls. The house has four bedrooms <br /> and a large kitchen,dining and living room area for bed and breakfast without modification. The horse barn has four <br /> box stalls and there is addition space in the barn for display of horse accessories for retail sale to boarders.
